Following your order confirmation, items are shipped within seven (7) business days depending on the time of order. Hoc Eritis is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. Hoc Eritis is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create.
